Description
The problem with Bolos is that they were designed by a writer, not a visual artist. Having mutiple turrets is annoying; the barbettes need to be mounted on elevators or similar to at least allow all main cannons to focus fire. Tracks look pretty dumb if Mk33+ Bolos have antigravity and can fly around. Let's go with some sort of slug drive.

The sole idea of running on tracks is silly: in real life, super heavy transports and excavators need to have the land artificially flatened ahead of them. At the scale of the larger bolos, they would become landlocked by any rocky outcropping unless they dedicated their forward secondary turrets to little else than blasting flat the terrain ahead.
